UNISCA stands for the United Nations International Student Conference of Amsterdam: A unique interdisciplinary course offered by the University of Amsterdam. UNISCA offers an interesting addition to all university courses by introducing you to the world of the United Nations. The course aims at creating a realistic simulation of a United Nations conference, in which you will be given the opportunity to develop your diplomatic skills on an academic level. This year a group of 110 excellent students from all over the world participated in the UNISCA course.

Do you want to be a diplomat? Improve your presentation-, negotiation- and lobbyskills during the UUMUN organized RACE TO DIPLOMACY. In cooperation with law firms Pels Rijcken & Droogleever Fortuijn and Bosselaar & Strengers and the dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs there will be training in skills as well as United Nations simulations in which ultimately a best delegate award will be handed out. The guest lectures on the specific topics are on Saturday 9th, also at the Oudemanhuispoort.
